Cancellation Policy

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your Fexsite service(s), however, just in case you have any issues, below is fexsite’s cancellation or return policy.

As we are in the service business and thus it will not apply to our business-to-state return policy instead we will call it “Cancellation Policy” in the entire document.

Fexsite Cancellation Policy

We do provide not question-asked cancellation to certain cases but are limited from case to case. If we do not meet the expected results documented or written on the client and our agreement then we fully refund the amount straight. 

So, if fexsite does not meet your expectations you can simply call your account manager or just email us at info@fexsite.com for the cancellation of the services.
